Of the 33 seats held by the Conservatives, the party has a majority of councillors in 18 seats and a plurality in a further 7. There is 1 seat (Redditch) where they have a joint plurality with Labour.  This leaves 7 seats all of which have a majority of Labour councillors, namely: Cannock Chase; Dudley South; Halesowen & Rowley Regis; North Warwickshire; Nuneaton; Stourbridge; Wolverhampton SW

Of the 24 Labour held seats, the party has a majority of councillors in 21 seats and a plurality in 1 other.  Of the two remaining they have a joint plurality with the Conservatives in 1 (Coventry South) and in the last, Birmingham Edgbaston, there is a Conservative majority
Labour has 100% representation in 3 seats, namely: Birmingham Hodge Hill; Birmingham Ladywood; Coventry NE

Of the 2 LD held seats the party has a majority of councillors in 1, namely Birmingham Yarldey. In Solihull the Conservatives have a plurality
